Ahhh Cilantro, my favorite herb. As far as I'm concerned it is THE key ingredient in salsa, ceviche, burritos, and virtually any other Mexican dish. Cilantro also goes by the names "Chinese Parsley" and "Coriander", although Coriander generally refers to the seeds. Cilantro is the plant. This annual will reach 18"-24" in height and produces white flowers when mature. For increased harvest cut back the flower heads when they appear. Full to partial sun in a rich, well-drained soil. Great for containers!
